Sanford’s own DISFUNCTION (horrorpunks in 21) will be playing on Saturday, April 1st at Rabbitfoot Records, a Record Store that is also a Bar/Cafe/Venue in Downtown Sanford, Florida. Actually, this show is the opening night of the PUNK ROCK SATURDAYS series, which will be featuring punk rock shows every Saturday in Downtown Sanford! We are excited to be a part of that, and we are also excited to play this hometown show in celebration of A DECADE OF DISFUNCTION: TEN YEARS OF THRASH AND HORROR!

Yes, Disfunction’s first live show was 10 years ago, in April of 2007. Disfunction was a skateboarding team prior to that, but had picked up instruments and had begin playing some rudimentary hardcore punk songs before filling out their lineup and playing live. (I joined the band on guitar about 2.75 years in, so I have been involved for over 7 years) DISFUNCTION has gone on to play some exciting shows with the likes of The Misfits, DRI, Doyle, Michale Graves, Barb Wire Dolls, Blitzkid, Darrow Chemical Company, One-Way System, Total Chaos, and many more!
